Probably true but since I was 4 years old at the time I did not have the means to try to push for it

BTW does anyone have any Pics from that flood?

I remember the creek behind our housegoing from 6 inchs to around 6 feet and I remember seeing pics of Coeburn under water if anyone has any 77 flood pics I would LOVE to see them </div></div> You have only had 30 years to try to get the funds...the flood zone didn't move.

Remember that flood well. I remember seeing water coming up near the top of the Appy rescue squad hall and a car floating trunk up near it.

Does anyone have any Pics or know anyone who could scan a few any put them up?

I found some online a few years ago but in a search last night I could not find any (Well 1 but it was not a good Pic )
